Welcome back to the Drive Home Podcast for July 7th, 2024! In this episode, we catch up after an unexpected break due to some health issues. Thankfully, I'm back and feeling much better. I hope everyone had a fantastic 4th of July holiday!
We dive into the exciting progress of my upcoming e-book, "Vegas 101: What to Know Before You Go," aimed at both first-time and repeat visitors to Las Vegas. The book is two-thirds complete and is set for a polished release at the end of August, just in time for my Vegas trip and birthday celebration.
I'll also be sharing details about the book release party during my stay in Vegas, with special discount codes for attendees. Plus, we'll discuss my plans for the trip, including visiting various casinos and attending a Las Vegas Aces game.
To wrap up, I reminisce about my 4th of July experiences growing up on a farm and the joy of fireworks. Stay tuned for our next episode, possibly on Thursday, as we get back on schedule. Until then, have a great and lucky week!

Part. 2 of my comments. Bottle rockets and M80’s were the fireworks of choice. A few spinners and various rockets. Always good fun with a few cocktails as well. Cheers and looking forward to seeing you again in a couple of months.

Having been one of the lucky few who got to see an early version of the first couple of chapters. This is a great idea and should do very well. The information is very good and easy to follow. Answers a lot of questions that not just the first timer but even the frequent visitor. Well done John. 47 days for me. Cheers!
